About us
Founded in 1966, the Ethnic Arts Council (EAC) of Los Angeles is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to advancing the knowledge, appreciation, and preservation of the arts and cultures of Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas, past and present. The EAC membership is composed of recognized collectors, scholars, dealers, and admirers of ethnic art.
Programs
The EAC educates its members and the public on the art of indigenous people world-wide through monthly programs, study groups, special curatorial tours, visits to private collections, film and video screenings, field trips, and occasional travel tours abroad.
